Peace is nothing more than an illusion if you ignore the bad and only focus on the good. Try to accept reality and if this company still fits you, stay. If not, leave. And if they disrepect, let them know. Duh. Be more realistic please. -

I not saying being peaceful mean u have to become IGNORANCE. But you have to deal with things with COMPOSURE.
And I'm not being realistic? bruh i have commented to our operators about what they r doing wrong. I'm focus on the bad things here. (you stepped on yo own foot bruh hahaha)

Pi pi gì thì mang về nhà gặm đi bạn ơi, bạn thích bên nào cũng được hài lòng thì có thể tự viết tiểu thuyết mà đọc. Còn đời thật nó là thế, người ta tôn trọng công ty khi họ hãm rồi thì giờ cũng nên tôn trọng khi họ bực mình phải không bạn? Bạn lên google đọc thêm về toxic positivity đi nhé, hợp với cái tinh thần hiện tại của bạn đó. Thứ 7 thì hóng ít thôi và đi chơi đi. Peace. -

MY FEELINGS
I was just chilling reading through the comments on this page and i feel heartbroken and have to ask myself: "What kind of fuckery fuck is this?". As you know, the world is tearing apart because of COVID-19 pandemic. People all over the place are having one of the largest ***VISIONS with each other in years. And seeing it happened right here, right where i'm working is unthinkable. But i have to face the ugly truth, that many of us are consumed by HATRED, ANGER and maybe VENGEANCE, that we are biting each other like animals, shaming one another by their imperfections (appearance/English/tis and tat...etc). This is BEYOND SAD, i can hardly believe that this time last year we are all in 1 level of the building, laughing, talking and doing funny shit together.
MY THOUGHTS
- To the people who were mistreated:
I felt sorry for the way you were treated. It's might be the weirdest, saddest, dumbest way of leaving a c... Xem thêmompany you've ever felt. Thank you for speaking out (especially Chau and Amber, mah man!) honestly which sum up a lot about this situation and helps me - a non-involve-er understand it better. I hope you will move on from this disastrous event.
- To the operators:
Today might be one of the "I don't wanna deal with" days in your career. I hope you guys can sit back with a cool head, toss your EGO away, put yourself in the mistreated people's shoes and think through all of this mess. Then ask yourself: "Was it all worth it?", "Why didn't we just let them leave on the date that we originally told them to?", "Why do we treat them like criminal?"...etc. If you guys think you are still the RIGHT one then there is something so WRONG here. As a Canadian company, we should hold values of Western culture. I don't see the "PROFESSIONALISM" in any of the ways you treated those guys. Being criticized is no fun as leaders, I hope you guys can maintain your COMPOSURE at all cost and REFLECT big-time on these matters if you want to keep our company on the right track.
MY LAST WORDS
We all need to be healed
We are all human, we are not perfect
I hope people who do the wrong things please do the right things
I hope those who were mistreated will move on and heal
I hope people that shaming others for their imperfections will stop because it's just spreading HATE not LOVE
I hope we can all treat each other with KINDNESS
I hope we won't be consumed by a demon named HATRED
I hope we can all live/work/play with one another even with all our ***FFERENCES and IMPERFECTIONS
