Bad interview experience. They should decide if they really want to hire someone or not.
In retrospect, I think some of their staff didn't want competition, so the delibritely made the interview unreasonably difficult.
It was a total waste of my time and effort (not mentioning the disappointment).
If their decision is already a fore-gone "no", then it better if they decline at the very beginning.
