YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC - Master's degree is a plus.Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related degree preferred. - 02 years of experience in Recruitment, IT recruiter is a plus. - Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods. - Ability to attract, engage, and assess best-in-class talents in a highly competitive environment. - Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and web-based systems (applicant tracking systems, etc.). - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Must be flexible and able to adapt to priorities. - Willingness to learn and overcome daily challenges in a fast-paced environment. - Strong in communication skills in both Vietnamese and English. - Strong in utilizing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to drive networking and candidate pool development.
