- Everyone is very helpful. "Your problem is my problem" is one of the core principles of the company, and is followed across the company.
-Very intelligent and experienced people to work with
- Genuine focus on the customer and on improving communities
-Work that can be very meaningful as they have a very real impact in SEA. Opportunities to travel to region to understand and see the product.
-Grab processes and corp structure are still evolving and I would say very much work in progress. The rate of this change is probably not for everyone.
-Too many meetings sometimes, which takes some time and focus off actual work.
