The cost of your company will increase, and your efficiency will decrease and others will overtake you. Sometimes it may not be something we can take the initiative to choose but because the people around you are running forward you dare not stop.
Even if I change my work, change the place, the result remains the same. The salary may be less compared to my current job.

I think we are passively caught in the 996 cycle, because you will work 996 when everyone else does it. Because you don't want to be the weirdo or the lazy, incapable staff in the eyes of your boss. Even our leader or DH, might work 996 out of helplessness. There were high performance targets and this made it stressful. In order to achieve the performance you had to use this much time and people to fulfil it. We didn't have many choices.
