Bad Management at Vietnam Office, really terrible.
You give a feedback and the assistant manager does not like it, he will put a lot of pressure on you.
In my last day, the assistant manager didn't allow me to stay at the office and asked me to leave immediately. He behaved in a very rude manner.
He violated the policy of the company( asked people to join ponzi company a lot of time, ask people to buy his product he sold,...), and tried to control every critical opinion
No one will protect employees with critical thinking at Vietnam office!
I had to suffer a lot at the time I worked at there
So think carefully before joining Vietnam GeoGuard "family".
Advice to Management
Don't ask people: "What do you feel about the company?" when you do not accept the real answers.
